v1.0.4.0 Hotfix

We are deploying an emergency client fix to address a critical crash. To prevent any server downtime we're deploying it as a hotfix of v1.0.4.0 (your version number will be unchanged).

v1.0.4.0 Hotfixes:
- Character change tabs have been temporarily disabled as they are the source of a critical crash.
- More internal client crash protection.
