This release squashes several bugs messing with rule mechanics and gameplay. How To Send Feedback

Hey community!

To aid us in our Early Access feedback, we wanted to give you some quick info about sending logs and feedback. In general, the more information, the better! Screenshots, videos, the works.

In-Game Feedback is the best case scenario!
  1. When you're in game, stay on the main page and select Settings in the Right-Hand Menu.
  2. Select Feedback
  3. Enter your Email and type in your issue (if you're already logged in, the email will populate automatically)
  4. Select "Send logs"

...and you're done!

If for some reason, you're unable to send feedback in-game, player logs are the next best thing.
  1. Open Control Panel -> File Explorer Options.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Under "Hidden files and folders" select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives."
  4. Navigate to C:\Users\[Your Computer Username Here]\AppData\LocalLow\Dire Wolf Digital
  5. In the Dune: Imperium folder, there will be a text file named "output_log.txt". This is your log file.
Mac
  1. Open the Finder app
  2. Select the "Go" drop down (next to File, Edit, and View at the top)
  3. Select Go to Folder in the drop down
  4. In the text box, type "~/library"
  5. Open the "Logs" folder
  6. Open the "Dire Wolf Digital" folder
  7. Open the folder of the game you need logs for, in it should be the "Player.log" file

We’re diving into the work and already making improvements to messaging, timers, leaderboards, length of events and more. Big shoutout to everyone who contributed to the feedback! We can’t wait to kick off 2024 with more events, more challenges, and more to share!

Dune: Imperium Digital Release Notes: The Test of Humanity

We’re excited to land this spicy release in time for the holidays!

We’ve got a number of updates in this patch , including our first test of the Events feature! The Test of Humanity opens 5PM (1700) UTC on Friday Dec. 15, and ends at 5AM (500) UTC on Sunday Dec 17th! More details coming soon!

Now to the Updates:

After considering player feedback, turn timers for multiplayer have been reduced from 3 minutes to 90 seconds.

Behavior around turn timers, especially during time-out warnings and end of turn, have been improved.

This release adds Chinese localization to the game! Please note that the Chinese version of the rulebook located in Settings will be added in a subsequent release.

We’ve also made improvements to the Skirmish feature, improved the flow of combat, and responded to several quality of life improvements.

A big thanks from all of us to the Early Access community of Dune Imperium: Digital, both for playing and for sharing your feedback!
