Hot Fix Updates:

- Updated Game information for use on PARSEC (app to play KGBA online with friends!)
- Fixed the frames in Kiki's taunt
- Updated player match number
- Reset Taunt numbers before next battle.

PS Taunt after collecting a coin! (must be successfully completed, different for Bomb mode)

KIki is now a playable character!!!!!

- Created new type of character sprite, character dead
- Updated dead character sprites (revive), they now touch ground
- Created dead bat sprite, now touches ground
- Updated Bacon Bomb, now more distinct when blowing up
- Disabled Mouse input, now just keyboard and controller
- Added info to inform if controllers are detected, gives keyboard buttons
- Updated Gordo angry taunt
- ADDED KIKI INTO THE GAME!!! (graphics and sounds, 90%)
