What's next? About our plans for the Crown of Greed 👑

As you know, the Steam Playtest for Crown of Greed has come to a close, and... we’re amazed with the outcome 🤩 We've collected a lot of valuable feedback that’s already helping us identify areas for improvement and polish as we continue working on the game.

What's more, the vast majority of you rated the Playtest version positively and expressed your willingness to play more!

Your support, enthusiasm, and thoughtful suggestions have been truly inspiring and have reinforced our commitment to delivering the best title possible. Rest assured, the journey is far from over, and we’re excited to keep you updated as Crown of Greed evolves.

After a successful Playtest, it will soon be time for bolder steps. We have been planning to release a Demo version 👑 for quite some time, and we think we will be ready to do so in the near future. Right now, we just want to tease you with this plan, but as soon as more detailed information becomes available, we will be happy to tell you all about it!

As we mentioned above, it is too early to talk about details, but we do not want to leave you unsatisfied 😉 For now, we can tell you that the new playable build will feature missing tooltips, new sounds and special skill effects, new helpful icons, improved player skill panel and lots of balance changes.

The other huge task we have to tackle is solving bugs. You reported quite a lot of them to us by Steam, Social Media, Discord and Feedback Forms (for which we thank you very much!), so our team will certainly not be bored. If we manage to get rid of the most important issues quickly enough, we will try to add some new things to the game, for example new buildings and hero skills.

This one is tricky, as developing such a deep title as Crown of Greed is full of surprises, cool new ideas and refinements. Nevertheless, we already have a pretty well-defined plan 🤓 are you ready to get hyped?

Making a long story short - we will do our best to get back to you with a Demo version in the following weeks (and sooner than you think!).
