Only a few short hours left! Thank you to everyone who has played the demo over the last 10 months and offered feedback to make this launch as stable and enjoyable as possible.

The Demo has had over 22,000 players who have played for a combined total of 57,000 hours. We'll be broadcasting on the store page tomorrow as well, come join us!

I am so excited to see what tomorrow brings and to work with you all to make Clanfolk the best game it can be :)

Hi Everyone,

Hooded Horse approached MinMax about a week ago with a Publishing offer, and I just couldn't say no. Their catalog of games are exactly what I want to play, and the idea of being able to work on Clanfolk without distraction leading up to and throughout Early Access is just too attractive.

I have retained full copyright and creative control over Clanfolk, so rest assured my design plans will not change. I just have a lot more time each day to work on them :)

Going forward, I will still be all over the Steam Forums as well as on our Discord Channel all day long.

I have a huge amount of faith in Hooded Horse getting the word out about Clanfolk while I am knee deep in the code.

Over the last few days KatherineOfSky has been deep-diving into Clanfolk and I'm thrilled to say that she allowed me to join her on her channel as she played through the game. Without influencers like Katherine, Clanfolk wouldn't reach all the people it needs to, and I'm incredibly grateful for the fact she has not only played a huge amount of the game, but has fallen in love with it.

Hey everyone!

I'm pleased to say that Clanfolk has officially confirmed its launch date: July 14, 2022!

Launching into Early Access is going to be an exciting time and I can't wait for you all to not only begin your journey in the Scottish highlands, but for me to also react to your feedback and for us to improve the game together. Between now and launch there will be plenty of updates that I can't wait to share with you. If you haven't seen it, there's also the new launch date reveal trailer that I'm super proud of.

Clanfolk is colony sim set in medieval Scotland, in which you manage generations of Archibalds and Duncans and attempt to survive each harsh winter. It looks a lot like RimWorld, and it's aiming for an early access release this July.
