Small update - July 26th

Changelog
  • Add menu option to toggle framerate smoothing off(default 30 or 60 fps lock depending on your performance)
  • Change death screen text when player is killed in single combat
  • Change arrow key control binding to strafing
  • Fix faction saving and loading logic to account for changing steamworks subscriptions
  • Fix player playing as new officer when killed in single combat
  • Fix problem where player switches to a new officer when killed as ranged unit
  • Fix player being able to climb ladders before they have arrived
  • Fix siege collision issues
  • Fix player being able to go into ranged mode during single combat
  • Fix pathfinding around siege archer defenses

This update addresses a lot of issues and tweaks the game for steamdeck compatibility.
