Gameplay changes:
  • Added recoil to the ranged weapons.
  • Pause menu reworked.
  • Added volume settings to the pause menu.
  • Added smooth/snap turn as an option to the pause menu.
  • Quest board layout update.
  • "Unlock A Legendary Locker" quest has been removed from Main Questline.

Tutorial changes:
  • Crafting tutorial recipe scroll grab position fixed.
  • Interaction tutorial boards set lower.


Minor bugFixes:
  • Desert sandstorm effects have smooth transition now.
  • Beehive quest fixed.
  • Tropical too loud wind sound fixed.
  • Quests are more readable on your left arm now.
  • Highlight resources/tools fixed.


Enemy changes:
  • Explosive cactus damage fixed.
  • Desert flying enemies movement fixed.
  • Toxic spider's sound fixed.
  • Tumbleweed's sound fixed.

Gameplay changes:
  • Slingshot magazine now has 20 ammo instead of 10.
  • Dagger damage lowered to the originally intended value.

Tutorial changes:
  • Smooth turn and toggle grab options are now integrated into the tutorial.


Major bugfixes:
  • Twitch integration chat now works correctly.
  • Twitch integration polls are now working correctly.
  • Resource tables now display resources correctly after loading into another map at least once.
  • Melee damage system rework, now it should be easier to hit enemies. We :hearts::hearts::hearts::hearts::hearts::hearts: it up in the last update.


Minor bug fixes:
  • Removed several instances of playing multiple songs at once.

Gameplay changes:
  • Now the game changes to black and white when pausing the game.
  • Melee hits now register slightly easier.
  • Added haptic and sound feedback when resources are stored behind your back.
  • Added smooth turn as an option in the settings menu.


Tutorial changes:
  • Longer text now stays longer before moving on to the next text/task.
  • Melee mechanics are now explained better in the combat tutorial.
  • Now dropped items spawn back next to the player.


Major bugfixes:
  • Fixed grab issues with certain controllers (Index for example.)
  • Fixed players being able to climb and use certain items when the game is paused.


Minor bug fixes:
  • Fixed greater health potion falling through the ground.
  • Fixed greater health potion was not usable.
  • Adjusted to volume on desert extraction music.
  • Fixed several achievements that were not tracking progress.
  • Hand animations now play correctly when using the Vive controller.
  • Simple grappling hook now plays sounds correctly.
  • Fixed a rare issue with the extraction cable being placed inside branches.
  • Now you can use distance grab on items that are inside the furnace.
  • Chest inventory red button is green now.
  • Shoulder tool slots are now bigger to make them more reliable.


Enemies:
  • Desert worm now deals normal damage too.


Achievements:
  • New "Complete Tutorial" achievement added.

The game already provides a complete experience but lacks some final touches and can be expanded with further content updates. Our aim is to expand and reach the fullest potential of Bean Stalker with the help of our community’s feedback. We want our players to have an impact on the final game, by engaging them in conversation.
Working with player feedback is the main reason why we provide Closed Beta. Since we are working with a small team, community feedback is needed to reach the fullest potential of our game.

Requirements for Closed Beta Test
・We ask that participants play the game thoroughly and provide feedback.

・We will be unable to provide individual support for any problems that occur in the game during the closed beta test.

・The gameplay experience during the closed beta test may be subject to errors or other problems.

・Game data and progress from the closed beta test cannot be transferred over to actual accounts after release.

・Some features will be unavailable for use during the closed beta test and some content will differ in the final release version of the game.

・In-game currency cannot be purchased during the closed beta test.

・The schedule and content of the closed beta test are subject to change without prior notification.

・Maintenance may occur without prior notification during the closed beta test period.

・Feature and balance changes may be implemented without prior notification during the closed beta test.

・We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding player selection for the closed beta test.
