Hey Freelanders — we’re thrilled to roll out our biggest update yet, and it’s all thanks to your support and patience! 💛

Here’s what’s new:

🤖 AI Quests – quick, fun, guided missions available on multiple planets

🎟️ Freeland Pass – unlock new tiers, perks, and our first ever Season Pass

✨ Massive polish pass – smoother gameplay, better graphics, UI and lighting, plus huge amount of polish and bug fixes

🧍‍♀️ Avatars and NPCs – completely reworked faces bring characters to life

This update lays the groundwork for what's next: new planets, new challenges, and continuous content drops.

We're aiming high — and we've tied future content releases to subscription milestones. The more subscribers we have, the faster we expand the universe together. The faster we reach more subscribers, the quicker we will drop new planets! Our first milestone is 100 new subsribers. How fast can we all get there?

We have multiple additional planets almost ready to go, but we really wanted to get this polish update out first.

Explorers, more fixes coming in!

Thanks to your reports, we were able to fix a significant number of bugs and issues. So let's dive into Freeland's latest server-side and client-side updates, designed to elevate your galactic adventure like never before!

[h3]New Fixes for New Accounts[/h3]
We've fixed an issue where new players were getting stuck in a registration loop, preventing them from joining the game. This patch ensures that all new accounts can now be created smoothly without any interruptions.

[h3]What about the servers?[/h3]
While our hard-working servers meant well, they ended up being a bit overzealous with restarts and caused more issues to players. This has been addressed and results in a much smoother experience while you explore the universe!

[h3]Someone's been naughty[/h3]
An exploit involving purchases with Orbs has been fixed as it was throwing off the game’s balance. Now everything’s back to normal, and the economy is safe from any cheeky tricks.

[h3]The more the merrier[/h3]
Good news: we’ve finally got the project into Source Control, and a few new developers have joined the team! With more hands on deck and everything organized, we’re ready to polish things up and get moving a lot faster. Things are about to kick into high gear, and we can’t wait for you to see the progress!

[h3]Okay, so what are the server-side updates?[/h3]
We’ve only gone and made out-of-this-world adjustments to enhance server health and stability! These updates should result in smoother gameplay, with fewer disruptions during peak times. Additionally, we've introduced new servers for Prime Meridian to alleviate lag and performance issues in that region, ensuring a better experience for everyone.

[h3]And the client-side patch?[/h3]
We’ve released a stability patch to address various bugs and crashes on the client side, improving the game's overall reliability!

[h3]Fantastic news! Any quality of life fixes to go with this?[/h3]
Of course! Enjoy the following enhancements to make your time in our galaxy run smoother:

• Starter horse now costs coins, as originally intended.
  
• The Hoverboard now makes the correct sound when flying, so you can enjoy that sweet hover sound! Woosh

[h3]Any earlier fixes I may have missed?[/h3]
Great question! A couple of days ago we also resolved several important issues:

• Login issues and account creation problems have been fixed, making it easier to get into the game.
  
• Dungeons are now fully available and ready for exploration.
