We have recently confirmed that due to a bug in the Chinese and Japanese versions of the game, the game cannot be played properly. We are currently working on fixing this bug, but it may take some time to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and ask for your patience.

30 Birds made me reflect on video games as of late. When wading through the waves of high-quality, visually stunning games that have come out over the last few years, it can be easy to take for granted the fact that we live in a golden age of video games. Small teams from around the world can breathe life into weird ideas in experimental ways with tools that can now keep up with our loftiest dreams.

This Thanksgiving, I sacrifice my turkey to 30 Birds, a wild menagerie of artistic styles, literary influences, gameplay mechanics, and pure imagination, all brought to life in what feels like a living gouache painting. Is it perfect? Nope, but I did get lost in 30 Birds‘ beautifully eclectic world and was hopelessly charmed by its peculiar story.

The Paris Games Week is back this October, from the 23rd to the 27th, and good news… 30 Birds will be showcased.

Join ARTE’s booth (30 Birds’ co-producer and publisher), where computers will be available to enjoy the demo. Come and see our beautiful booth and grab some 30 Birds goodies!

We will also join Jeux Made in France for a Twitch Live on Wednesday 23rd, 2pm. You’ll have the chance to meet the game creators, Coline and Laurent from Ram Ram Games. They’ve traveled all the way from Belgium, so be sure to come say hello!
