[h3]BigA$$ Update coming on September 4![/h3]

We have extensive plans around our DDS Universe, including all the games in the series. We want to share them so can better understand the timeline and priorities. The #1 priority is of course making DDS2 the best it can be via continuous improvements based on your feedback and the devs’ ambitions. You can see how much space we’ll dedicate to that!

Afterwards, we’ll focus on expanding the world through free content updates, DLCs, and DDSxNarcos. Oh, and we’ll have a surprise for the fans of DDS1.:)

Hi all!

The DDS Madness 2.0 is in full swing - so it’s about time to tell you Rafal’s plans for future updates! Or at least tease some of them.

First of all, the team at Byterunners plans to keep supporting the base game, so you can expect more to come than just the upcoming update that we’ve announced.


There is a list of things that Rafal et consortes want to introduce, but the order in which these will be added is not set in stone. That’s why for now we’ll only reveal _some_ of the changes to come.

• There will be many graphical and lighting and environment improvements. The game will look better and more lively.
  
• Byterunners are improving the first-person and third-person parkour animations and camera movements, smoothening them, so the jumps look good when you do them and when you watch your co-op players do them.
  
• There will be a new private island that you can buy, with a big, rich villa that you can move into, customize, and turn into another base of operations.
  
• New drugs are incoming, which we already teased.
  
• You can expect quality-of-life improvements, so changes that will make the game be easier to control, more intuitive, simply more pleasant to play.
  
• There will be many new fixes to the bugs reported either by you or the QA.
  
• Controller support is in the works. It is partially made already, but in order to allow you to play the game using the controller 95% of the time, changes to the UI and other things need to be considered.
  
• Apart from that, there will be new interesting features which we don’t want to reveal just yet. At this point they’re work-in-progress, still being shaped. Once we finalize them, we’ll let you know what they are.

With all the events on the road before us, we hope that your time with DDS2 will evolve into a richer, deeper experience. Besides, our sale is on, you know about the Casino DLC (which is being made by another team), so bright days are ahead.

The 2.0 edition of our DDS celebration will span 10 days and include special news and events for BOTH Drug Dealer games. It will culminate in a truly MAD update for DDS2, with not just fixes, but also new content!
