[p][/p][p]Improved conditions[/p][p]There are new and improved conditions, with multiple ways of preventing and treating them.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Parasites[/p][p]Cause: Eating raw meat introduces parasites. [/p][p]Severity: Severity of parasites increases with continued consumption, requiring more treatment. [/p][p]Effect: Parasites drain vitamins and proteins, depleting these vitals faster.[/p][p]Treatment: Consuming ginger tea and yucca tea will treat parasites.[/p][p][/p][p]Food poisoning[/p][p]Cause: Eating random plants with negative effects, unknown food, and drinking contaminated water will lead to food poisoning.[/p][p]Severity: Severity increases with continued consumption, requiring more treatment.[/p][p]Effect: Causes dehydration over time if untreated.[/p][p]Treatment: Consuming mint tea or burnt food.[/p][p][/p][p]Vitamin deficiency[/p][p]Cause: Condition is active when vitamin levels are extremely low.[/p][p]Severity: The less vitamins the more severe the condition is.[/p][p]Effect: More prone to getting cold faster. Any vitamin-based food source becomes 50% less effective.[/p][p]Treatment: Consuming food like papaya and gooseberries.[/p][p][/p][p]Protein deficiency[/p][p]Cause: Condition is active when protein levels are extremely low.[/p][p]Severity: The less proteins the more severe the condition is.[/p][p]Effect: Reduced stamina, reduced speed, increased fatigue and reduced total energy capacity.[/p][p]Treatment: Eating protein rich foods like fish, meat, potatoes and papaya.[/p][p][/p][p]Heatstroke[/p][p]Cause: Above normal temperature.[/p][p]Severity: Severity increases with your body temperature.[/p][p]Effect: Health loss and potential death if untreated.[/p][p]Treatment: Drinking plenty of water and cooling down in the shade.[/p][p][/p][p]Sunburn[/p][p]Cause: Prolonged sun exposure.[/p][p]Severity: Can develop into an infected rash if left untreated.[/p][p]Effects: Health deterioration.[/p][p]Treatment: Applying aloe vera gel or honey bandages.[/p][p][/p][p]Infections[/p][p]Cause: Open wounds that are not treated will lead to infections.[/p][p]Severity: Damage increases with the condition active time.[/p][p]Effect: Gradual health loss, reduced stamina and sprint speed.[/p][p]Treatment: Using bandages will treat infections and close wounds. Eucalyptus leaves can be applied to the wound to treat infections.[/p][p][/p][p]Lacerations[/p][p]Cause: Attacks from large animals.[/p][p]Severity: Damage increases with the condition active time.[/p][p]Effect: Causes the player to bleed out.[/p][p]Treatment: Treat with bandages. Applying tobacco leaves will reduce the severity of the bleeding.[/p][p][/p][p]Hypothermia[/p][p]Cause: Prolonged exposure to cold.[/p][p]Severity: The lower the temperature the harsher the effects.[/p][p]Effect: Gradual health loss and death if untreated.[/p][p]Treatment: Drinking Kavakava tea will warm the player fast. Standing close to fires while sheltered.[/p][p][/p][p]Insomnia[/p][p]Cause: Eating too many high caffeine/energy foods or drinks in a short timeframe, or having low sanity levels.[/p][p]Severity: Vanishes by itself after some time.[/p][p]Effect: Decreases energy levels and increases fatigue. Can only sleep for 2 hours.[/p][p]Treatment: Drinking lavender tea will improve the rate of energy increase obtained from your sleep. Keeping a regular sleep schedule will mitigate the changes of getting insomnia.[/p][p][/p][p]Fainting[/p][p]Cause: Extremely low energy levels.[/p][p]Severity: Vanishes by itself after some time.[/p][p]Effect: Player can pass out and sleep for ~2 hours. Once awake, they will have increased hunger and thirst along with decreased sanity.[/p][p]Treatment: Resting and eating high energy foods will treat and prevent this condition.[/p][p][/p][p]Poisoning[/p][p]Cause: Eating poisonous plants or insects.[/p][p]Severity: Damage increases with the condition active time.[/p][p]Effect: Continuous health loss and potential death if untreated. Reduces stamina and speed.[/p][p]Treatment: Applying tobacco or drinking cinchona bark tea.[/p][p][/p][p]Boredom[/p][p]Cause: Eating unseasoned meats, coconuts or potatoes for extended periods.[/p][p]Severity: Vanishes by itself after some time.[/p][p]Effect: Gradual sanity loss.[/p][p]Treatment: Consuming seasoned meats and diversifying the diet will prevent boredom.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Developer notes [/p][p]Apologies for the small hiatus. Unfortunately, some personal things came up that needed attending, but we are back on track.
