FIXING LITTLE BUGS
This is a small patch that fixes a couple of small bugs (v 1.06):
- Fixed a bug when releasing isolated citizens. Instead of them going back to their personal rooms, ALL citizens went back to their personal rooms.
- Fixed a bug that could cause smugglers to enter your Spice Rooms even before you have built one.
