Craftomation 101 News

Hey everyone,

As you may know already, Craftomation 101 is on sale this week, with a handsome discount of 28%!

But if you're reading this, you're probably interested in more games from us. And we've got a brand new game (developed by a brand new team, so Craftomation 101 update schedule will not be affected). Meet SuperWEIRD:

It's a co-op automation adventure set in… we're not sure? (Seriously, pigs in shades? Fish with hats?)



But it's ok: all you have to do is repair everything, clear this place of corruption, and defeat a bunch of manic monsters. Then you'll get outta here (maybe)!

Use flags to set tasks for hordes of rusty robots! Make them work for you - crafting stuff, making swords and shields - everything can be done by hand, but also automated by tuning the system of flags.

...and/or it all can be done with a little help from your friends:



After everything is set up, watch your army of dysfunctional warriors as they march towards their doom!

Introduced notification windows so we can communicate important info and tips directly in-game
You can now upgrade a full chest by simply dragging a bigger chest onto it—no more hassle!
Finally fixed that tricky bug where robots had more charge than they should

Finally we've got a content update for you! It may not be big, but it sure is hot! One could say that it will blow your mind! More explosive details below.

• Added new Objects: Dynamite and the Thermal Bomb. Both of them temporarily warm out frozen areas, with Thermal Bomb having larger radius and power
  
• Object wiki items order was re-arranged to become more comprehensive
  
• Storage unit capacity increased, thanks to your feedback
  
• Game engine version updated
  
• Fixed a bug which caused Objects to disappear when a player tried to drag and drop it to a cell, occupied by anothere Object
  
• The names of selected programming blocks were slightly changed to make them more obvious
  
• Fixed a bug that caused game camera to teleport to the corner of the map upon loading a saved game
  
• Fixed a bug that caused incorrect display of the area of effect for heat-generating Objects
  
• Fixed a bug that didn't allow moving the game field with a mouse, if a Craftomate was selected

Wow, it's been some kind of a break. But we're moving forward!

[h2]v0.89 Released![/h2]

• To spice things up, Storage units no longer hold infinite amount of items
  
• Instead, there are now 3 tiers of Storage with the limits of 50, 200 and 1000 units
  
• In existing saved games, all Storage units will be replaced to the ones with maximum capacity
  
• UI/UX improvements: the buttons that can be pushed are now visually distinguishable
  
• Dragging a robot into a group no longer causes map scrolling
  
• Minor bug fixes
  

NB: Due to technical stuff, Mac version will arrive in a couple of days... Sorry about that!
