New update to fix magic skills

Thanks to Sturmer I've found a serious bug in magic skills and quick items. Now it is fixed, and all cooldowns are functioning correctly.
Also, the bug with restoring health on the 7th level was fixed too.

The "black skirt" item on the 2nd level was changed to the "blue skirt" because it is too powerful.
