SWORN 1.0 Patch #1 is LIVE (v1.0.1.0.1018)

- Fixed an issue that would cause loading into Carmarthen Tower to hang after dying in the Secret Biome
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Rook’s Bull Rush Spell from hitting the Galvanic Witch boss
- Fixed an issue where rerolling during Blessing Selection dialogue with a controller could cause the Fae Lord portraits to not be rerolled, even if the choices were different
- Fixed an issue where players would lose the buff from the Rook Spell Commander’s Crest would when dashing
- Fixed an issue with the Beira Blessing Ice Age requiring Frost Torrent for acquisition, rather than Icy Vortex
- Fixed an issue where certain attacks would not be able to break certain types of destructible pots
- Fixed an issue with the Vigilante’s Chakram hitbox would remain active for longer than intended
- Fixed an issue that caused Badb’s Blessing Tragic Aura to not trigger against extended hurtboxes
- Fixed an issue where the Vigilante’s Bow Blessing Rapid Fire displayed far more speed (75%) than it actually was giving (50%) - the description has been updated to reflect the actual value
- Fixed an issue where, if a player died to it, the Treant Scourge’s beams would be permanently stuck in place for some users in multiplayer

Arthurian roguelike Sworn boldly launches days before biggest rival Hades 2

If you, like me, are eagerly awaiting the launch of Hades 2 later this week, I've got good news. No, you can't play two days early, but you can play something very similar. Arthurian roguelike game Sworn borrows liberally from Hades' brand of 'one more run' action, and you can play it right now. After six months in early access, the full game is now available on Steam, and it might be just the thing to tide you over until Hades 2 drops.

General Changes


- New Final Boss phase for Arthur, available on Baron difficulty and above
- New Potion System:
- Add an additional edge to combat with flasks you can choose before each run. Speak to Guinevere to unlock the potion station.
- Find the Fae Lord shrines on your run to unlock their special flask, allowing you to guarantee a blessing from a specific Fae, at the cost of taking your potion slot
- Additional Voice Acting and dialogue throughout the entire game
- Networking Stability Improvements
- Performance Improvements on lower end machines
- Polished VFX and Enemy Textures

Blessing Changes & Bugfixes


- Updated most Weapon and Spell Blessing icons
- Venom, Immolate, and Bleed now correctly benefit from effects that boost all damage like the Devotion Tree’s Chaos upgrade
- Updated Mab’s Bile and all related blessings to fire in an arc. Waste Not and Chemical X only fire if there’s a target in range. Updated targeting for Venomous Demise, Mab’s Ultimate, to be an area of effect targeter.
- Fixed the Oberon Blessing Closed Circuit requiring every Chain Lightning Blessing to acquire, rather than just any of them
- Fixed Oberon Whirlwinds not triggering the Typhoon Blessing
- Fixed Grave Weakness Blessing stacking when it wasn’t supposed to be
- Fixed an issue where the player was able to apply Infect to bombs and traps
- Fix Cliona’s Fate Weaver Blessing not applying to Merlin or Morgana blessings
- Badb’s Channeled Darkness will correctly proc backstabs if dealt by Oberon’s Ultimate if in Flow
- Fixed Beira’s Deep Chill Roundtable Blessing sometimes not affecting the entire party

- Abilities with cooldowns will no longer go on cooldown if the ability is cancelled

- Light Attack Combo: Final hit is now a slash that covers a larger area, rather than a stab
- Blade Wave Blessing: Base Damage increased from 15 to 20.
- Blade Wave Blessing: Now properly uses your Light Attack’s Blessing
- Blade Wave Blessing: Now works on all three hits in the combo.
- Fencing Foil Augment: Damage reduced from 60% to 50%
- Long Sword Augment: Damage reduced from 20% to 15%
- Long Sword Augment: Range reduced from 30% to 20%
- Double Edge Blessing: More favorably interacts with cooldown reduction effects like Whirlpool
- Double Edge Blessing: Now adds a -25% damage penalty to the attack
- Magnesis Blessing: Range Bonus decreased from 250% to 100%

- Light Attack: Full Charge Damage increased from 40 to 50
- Heavy Attack: Can now be charged and has a Perfect Shot mechanic if released at the right time for additional damage
- Heavy Attack: Cooldown decreased from 2.25 to 1.25 seconds

- Light Attack: Combo final hit Base Damage decreased from 50 to 40
- Heavy Attack: Made some timing tweaks to hopefully make it feel smoother to use
- [NEW] Heavy Impact: Added new Blessing that causes Heavy Attack to deal Knockback and can Wall Slam
- [NEW] Light Impact: Added new Blessing that causes Light Attack to deal Additional Damage and a small amount of Knockback

- Light Attack: Combo Damage changed from 55/55/125 to 60/60/120
- Light Dash Attack: Slightly increased animation speed
- Heavy Attack: Base Spin Damage increased from 55 to 60
- Heavy Attack: Movement Speed while charging has been greatly increased
- Spin Cycle Augment: Now also increased movement speed while charging
- Spin Cycle Augment: Speed bonus reduced from 80% to 75%
- Spring Loaded Augment: Now has an additional 20% damage bonus

- Heavy Dash Attack: Damage decreased from 60 to 40
- Heavy Dash Attack: Animation has been sped up slightly and can be Dash cancelled sooner
- [NEW] Barraging Beatdown: Added a new Blessing that causes the fifth consecutive Light Attack on a Foe to deal additional Damage
- [NEW] Sucker Punch: Added a new Blessing that causes your Heavy Attack to deal bonus Damage to Foes with full health

- [NEW] Accelerator: Added a Blessing that increases the Speed and Damage of Light Attack projectiles
- [NEW] Arcane Ailment: Added a Blessing that causes Foes struck by your Heavy Attack to take additional Damage from Spells.
- [NEW] Piercing Arcanery: Added a Blessing that causes your Light Attack to pierce Foes

- Heavy Attack: Can now be charged and has a Perfect Shot mechanic for bonus Damage

- On The Prowl Augment: Removed
- Demonic Pull: Has been changed from an Augment to a Sword in the Stone Blessing, and given an additional 30% Damage bonus.
- Vampirism: Has been renamed to Demonic Ritual, changed from an Augment to a Sword in the Stone Blessing, and its duration increased from 3.25 seconds to 4 seconds.
- Air Slash: Has been renamed to Demonic Reach, moved from a Sword in the Stone Blessing to an Augment, and had its bonus range reduced from 50% to 20%
- Killing Spree Augment: Has been renamed to Death Lust and Speed has been reduced from 25% to 20%
- Wounding Lunge Augment: Renamed to Lasting Devastation
- Through Pain Blessing: Renamed to Sacrificial Power
- [NEW] Rapid Devastation: Added a new Augment that significantly decreases your Heavy Attack’s Cooldown
- [NEW] Speed Demon: Added a new Augment that increases your Light Attack’s Damage and Movement Speed

Levels


- First Encounters with Fisher King and Guinevere have their own special rooms
- Rest Area between biomes has been updated with new assets and layout

UI


- Fixed damage taken and damage dealt in the post run screen not being correct in multiplayer
- Codex Blessings are now considered discovered when you take them, rather than just when you see them
- Fixed some codex blessings remaining locked in the UI, even if the blessings were seen and taken
- Fixed an exploit where you could earn more rewards from completing accolades by changing the difficulty in the lobby, collecting the accolade, then changing the difficulty back
- Fixed various camera bugs associated with locking on during cutscenes (you cannot do that anymore)
- Fixed various bugs related to rerolling Fae Lords
- Add toggle to show/hide boss HP numbers (default hidden)
- Updated Blessing UI, Codex UI, Emote UI, Architect UI
- Adjusted Lock On Reticle textures to be more readable
- New Dash UI to indicate when dash is off cooldown, and how many charges you have
- Added toggle for Gamepad Aim Assist (default on)

Enemies, Hazards & Corruptions


- Fixed some fireballs in Camelot (Arthur, Mage Knight) either not hitting the player or not hitting terrain
- Added Fireworks traps to a variety of Cornwall levels
- Added a general change to mob AI - mobs will now attack or chase you if you hit them from outside their aggression range. Some mob behavior in multiplayer has also changed as a result, certain mobs will now more aggressively target players dealing damage to them
- Adjusted Raving Blight to be slower, more anticipation and recovery on the triple claw attack, and bouncing projectiles to travel slower
- Nerfed Knight Statue trap in the roundtable room Damage from 30 to 15
- Fixed Revival Seal corruption causing you to lose all revival seals if you die and are resurrected by a friend after combat is over
- Made Lancelot’s Combat Challenge in earlier biomes easier by reducing the health of the summoned Knights
- Increased Exploding Rats stun duration from 0.5 seconds to 1 second
- Major Mosquito is immune to knockback like other Major Enemies
- Mobs now wiggle a bit when you hit them for better feedback
