Release 0.6.18

As we get closer to the next map release, the update is much larger than previous ones. In addition, with these changes, I hope the smaller patches will be smaller in download size.

Release notes 0.6.18:
-Add a red beacon to the weapon upgrade machine
-Allow special zombies to target high-value buildings
-Change the building upgrade costs to 2.5k, 5k and 10k respectively
-Don't allow the fortress perk to stack with other players Fortress perks
-Don't limit the maximum level a player can reach
-Fixed MECHANICAL BOSS gaining permanent slowdown when going through BARBED WIRE
-Fixed money drop glitch where all clients lost all their money
-Implement an overheating behaviour to the HEAVY-MOUNTED MACHINEGUN
-Implement rebuild all buildings button
-Increase HEAVY MOUNTED MACHINEGUN price by 200%
-Increase HELL DOGS damage to the buildings
-Increase odds of getting better weapons in the mystery box, so the players won't only get the special weapons
-Increase the damage laser fence does to the player
-Increase the minion spawn rate in later boss fights in hell
-LASER FENCE does damage per second instead of instantly doing it on contact
-Limit the amount of money the player can earn from repairing barricades
-Lose half of the money when the player dies when they have more than 20k cash, the player won't have less than 20k after this
-Make BARBED WIRE take damage when zombies go through it, bosses will do significant damage to them
-Make the HANDIWORK skill occur half as likely, don't stack this with multiple people
-Make the dropped money glowing green
-Reduce HEAVY MOUNTED MACHINEGUN ammo regen when fully upgraded from 5 per second to 2 per second
-Reduce HEAVY MOUNTED MACHINEGUN damage, especially when fully upgraded
-Reduce cash rewards on all difficulties by like 20%
-Reduce the fortress damage/durability multiplier to 10% from 25%
-Reduce the slowdown effect of the BARBED WIRE
-Remove a double texture quality option in the graphics options
-Reworked the skill levels and their effects(pretty much all of them)
-Show the ready hint until wave 10
-TESLA TOWER now ignores any zombies, players or buildings for its line of sight check
-Update simplified Chinese translations
-When a HELL DOG explodes, make it do explosive damage to buildings
