We’re delighted that Craftlings is included as one of the featured demos in the Cozy & Family Friendly Games Celebration.



Upon the high seas, searching for a new land to call home, the humble Craftlings were attacked by a giant octopus that destroyed their ship.They find themselves stranded on an unknown island. Here they must build a home, create a settlement and gather resources. You’ll need to ensure your Craftlings have the tools they need to expand, create an economy and replant trees as your settlement grows.

The Celebration features a fantastic selection of cozy and family friendly games and we’re grateful to have been included for a second year! We highly suggest checking out as many games included as you can before the event ends on 2 June 2025.

We’re excited to share that Craftlings is included in the Polish Constitution Days event on Steam now until 3rd May 2025! As the Craftlings development team at Ariano Games is 100% Polish it is a pleasure to be included in a celebration of Polish game development.



Craftlings is all about leading your hapless settlers to build a civilization on the island where they have found themselves. You’ll need to be able to manage resources, place and build homes, shops and utilities to help you expand and survive. Do you have what it takes to lead your craftlings to success?

We’re delighted that Craftlings is included as part of the Earth Appreciation Festival until 8 April 2025, and we decided that we’d extend our free demo until then too!

In recognition of World Earth Day which takes place at the end of April, this event celebrates the beauty of our planet.



Craftlings is a resource-management strategy game and building your settlement for your hapless craftlings uses a lot of natural resources from the world around you. In order to start building you’ll need to gather elements like wood and stone, advancing production as you expand and upgrade. Those resources are not infinite, so you really have to consider how you use them, and how you replenish them.

One of the key elements of Craftlings is always ensuring that you have enough resources, money and craftlings to advance forward as a civilization. You’ll need to budget, build an economy and even plant trees to make sure your craftlings have everything they need to not only survive, but to thrive!

We’re excited to share that Craftlings is included in the Steam City Builder & Colony Sim Fest until 31st March 2025 with a playable demo!



Guide your craftlings to gather resources, build a thriving community and even prepare for battle in our resource-management strategy game. You’ll need to shape the world around you, put your craftlings to work and make sure they don’t wander off any cliffs when you’re not paying attention!



In Craflings you build and constantly improve your settlement, crafting various building types from houses to mining sheds to ensure your craftlings survival.

In our free demo you can check out two levels of the game, learn to manage and guide your craflings and build up production chains, an economy and even military supplies to try and defeat the giant octopus (it makes sense in context I promise).

As you might have noticed our Craftlings demo was removed from Steam yesterday.



We really wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who tried out the demo, provided us with feedback and suggestions, streamed it, made videos of it and shared it with your friends. It’s been wonderful to see so many of you try to wrangle the Craftlings into motivated and organized civilization-builders.



Since we updated the demo to include leaderboards it’s been fantastic to see that over 7,500 of you submitted high scores in the last month alone!

We were also thrilled with how many of you attempted the Winter Challenge Map and how incredibly well you all did. You really blasted our expectations into space along with a very large number of snowmen.

[h3]Will the Demo be back?[/h3]

Thanks for all the feedback from players about the demo, we're listening and taking it all onboard. While we've removed the demo for now, it's something we'd like to release again in the future once we've had time to review your comments and suggestions. When we have more news to share, we'll let you know.
