Small Fix

·Fix a bug which lead the game crash when you stay at galaxy for a long time.
·FIx the tech [Shotgun Law] which was not really giving you a shotgun at start of combat.
·Fix an unusual bug which lead the game crash when you open and check your deck.
·Nerf some enemies to make you run easily at the start of a new run.
