Skautfold: Knight's End News

-1 new boss.
-1 new song.
-1 new summon.
-1 new achievement.
-bugfixes regarding summon fight trigger corpses.
-bugfixes regarding inventory for new items.
-bugfix regarding the infinite loop train rooms when attempting to go backwards.

The final optional summon should be added in the next patch.

As of now the game is in 1.0
However this is not the end.
The game will enjoy a few months of active development post launch, as well as the "Final Step" as a free dlc/content update, which will conclude the whole series in a climactic finale, as well as two more summons to collect.

Additionally the game now has its achievements unlocked, and available to collect.


Once the post launch work is completed, I will be moving on to Usurper to touch up the game, a process I plan to do for Into the Fray, and Moonless Knight too, in preparation for the future.

After that, hopefully I will be able to start on Border, the new series that serves as the sequel to Skautfold separated by thousands of years and quite a few light-years.

-New ambiance and music added for certain areas.
-Certain areas are now available for combat.
-Howard conversations added.
-Gui changes for more clarity.
-Overall bugfixes.
-12 Steam achivements added.

-The two new optional areas are now open. Find the Train ticket where you fight the crustacian boss. Take the ride, and explore.
-For now the new areas have no unique music, lack some vfx, and all enemies are removed.
-42 more examine spots, for old and the new areas.

Once these areas are finished and their bosses are placed. All otpional areas are done, and I am moving on to the final section of the game. The end of the story, and the entire series.

Due to a variety of reasons I decided to close the official Pugware discord.

Going forward all game related discussions should be conducted here on steam only.

For those who are still interested in hanging out, or suffer from Stockholm syndrome from the old server, or made some friends, enemies, or just enjoyed the insanity of it. There is a new server. Keep in mind I will NOT respond to any discussions or posts related to my games there.
