[h2]Greetings, Guardians![/h2][p]We’re delighted to share that the Spirit of the North 2 Original Soundtrack has arrived & is now available for streaming on Youtube, as well as purchase on Steam![/p][p][/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p][/p][p]The Spirit of the North 2 soundtrack is a journey in itself. Composed by Pav Gekko, it's an ethereal, emotionally charged score inspired by Icelandic minimalism, with elements of contemporary Nordic folk and the introspective tone of Scandi noir dramas. Blending ambient textures with fragile, close-miked instruments - ebowed guitars, prepared pianos, bowed resonator guitars, detuned ukuleles, and shimmering glockenspiels - the music evokes the stark beauty of mountain vistas, misty fjords, glacial valleys, and the glow of the northern lights.
[/p][p]Vocalist Alexandra Kowalska brings an otherworldly dimension through her haunting kulning recordings, a traditional Scandinavian herding call, deepening the sense of mystery and connection to the northern landscapes.
[/p][p]At its heart lies a fragile, introspective main theme - crafted to express wonder, hope, and melancholy. The score embraces restraint and stillness, offering listeners space for reflection.

The Turtle Island Home DLC introduces a one-of-a-kind player home perched on the back of a colossal sea turtle. After completing a short quest on the beach between Misthaven and Mosswood, players gain access to this mystical creature, whose shell holds a fully equipped sanctuary. As you unlock new regions, the turtle can relocate to them, offering a fresh perspective on your journey through the ancient world.[/p][p]
[/p][p]This tranquil home includes all standard amenities - bed, banker, portal, mirror - but also features a tower-top spyglass that reveals hidden secrets in each region. Use it to uncover the four exclusive cosmetic rewards: two character skins (Waterspout and Red Marble) and two eye colors (Afterglow and Baby Blue), each tucked away in secret locations visible from the turtle’s vantage.[/p][p]This DLC transforms how you experience the world, offering a serene, mobile refuge to enhance the main story. How to Begin[/h3]
  • [p]Travel to the beach between Misthaven and Mosswood. This is the natural route to mosswood after completing and cleansing the guardian of Misthaven. There you will find a new location Turtle Tribe Encampment.[/p]

  • [p]Board the turtle to access your new home [/p][p][/p]

Hotfix #5 is here! Following this update, as our next announcement, we’ll be unveiling some exciting news we’ve been eager to share - something we think you’ll be just as thrilled about as we are. Although we cannot share what it is just yet, here's all the things that will be rolling out with the hotfix![/p][p][/p][h3][/h3]
  • [p]By popular request, Procedurally Clams spawn more frequently. Visit sandy and graveling areas near ocean![/p]
  • [p]Clam Crystals (Pearls) are worth much less. [/p]
  • [p]Small chance to find buried chest when digging up clams. [/p]
  • [p]Red Fox Classic character skin can now be discovered in game. After completing small puzzle. [/p]
  • [p]Misc Landscape sculpting fixes. [/p]
  • [p]Misc misaligned props and foliage fixes. [/p]
  • [p]Portal Menu UI hover effect fix. [/p]
  • [p]By popular request, Map Fog is now completely removed if player unlocks all obelisks. [/p]
