Patch Version 0.1.1.2

Today's patch fixes (hopefully completely) the monster position desyncs and some other issues that have been noticed. We also made initial changes to the dungeon editor to prepare it for Adventure Mode and added a few QoL features.

  • revised editor storage/shop UI, show required spares
  • elite and boss in dungeon editor have now colored frames
  • highlight target slots for equipment, suppress error messages on invalid positions
  • add translated error message when moving items to full inventory pages
  • fixed monster desync
  • fixed player position glitching away from its original position after certain animations (e.g. interact)
  • fixed door space to prevent glitching into treasury
  • fixed planter boxes, empty can move walked and rolled over, planted block now

Patch - Version 0.1.1.1

This small patch is mainly to fix the current desync issues and laggy player movement when running around corners that were caused by performance improvements from V0.1.0.8.

Balancing Patch - Version 0.1.1.0

We would like to introduce you to the first major balancing patch, which primarily begins to correct the imbalance between gold gain and gold expenditure. In addition, some changes have been made that allow excessive exploitation of certain dungeon builds. In addition, some errors have been corrected and a few quality of life improvements have been implemented.

- chest upgrades are reduced by 75% of the cost
- chest upgrades are active immediately and do not need to be revalidated
- monster costs and upgrades are reduced by around 30%
- pouch drop chances adjusted
- maximum amount of gold that can be looted from dungeon looting is 20% of current generated gold
- skill respec costs have been reduced by 60-80% (depending on level range)
- effective hero level is calculated by hero level only (without taking equipment into account)
- experience gain in PvP dungeons depends on the dungeon rating (stars: 40% / 80% / 100%)
- fixed pagination in the friends list and gifts list
- friends list will also show all outgoing friend requests and you can withdraw them
- your own skill levels are displayed on the skill icons.
- in the auction house you can restrict search by item level
- in the auction house you can search for item properties critical strike chance and critical strike damage
- chests cannot be opened through walls anymore
- fixed magic bubble ignoring control imparing effects from snow mortar
- fixed occasional double damage on Tesla towers
- fixed items can be placed in battlements in start room and treasury

Dear players, today's patch mainly fixes technical issues that have been reported over the last few days. While fixing the issues, we were also able to make some improvements that should have a positive impact on gameplay performance.

  • channeling skills do not interrupt anymore by unintended movement (mouse click or keys)
  • revised pvp notifications
  • fixed monster hitboxes and desyncs
  • fixed loading screen freezes (caused by first lightning pillar sync while loading)
  • fixed hero rotation (looks into wrong direction when interrupting chest interaction)
  • fixed ranged monsters approaching into melee range

Version 0.1.0.7 - Balancing Patch

There have been increasing questions and discussions about balancing in recent days, which we want to address with today's patch and improve the situation.

Players who have played more campaign dungeons have been able to collect relatively little gold. The amount of gold has been increased here - there is also a bonus if you open all the chests in a dungeon.

A few players have gone a bit overboard with the multiple looting and repeated attacking of individual players. This has led to a lot of frustration among dungeon owners. Even though this is basically part of the game, it should cause so much frustration. We have taken a few steps to ease the situation.

1.) Chests receive a protected amount of gold that cannot be looted.

2.) If you attack repeatedly within 30 minutes, not only will your trophies be ignored, but all rewards will be reduced as well. This makes repeated attacks less attractive.

We will actively monitor this. If this is not enough, we will take further steps here.

In addition, a building style is currently gaining ground to protect boxes with traps from being looted. In principle, there is nothing wrong with this, but it cannot be the case that the success of a box looting should only depend on the exact position and perfect timing of the trap deactivation skill. Adjustments have been made to the trap deactivation skill here.
