Our monthly Developer Journals have returned now that we've (semi-)recovered from the excited busyness of the last few months.[/p][p][/p][p]This month, we're releasing the Journal for everyone at the same time, due to the fact that we've yet to be able to distribute contributor roles which would allow us to provide the usual one-week early access. We hope we can return to that format next month.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]While this month is a little word-heavy, we felt it was important to give you an update on where everything is at, while giving us room to prepare, plan and get stuck in on Sea Trials work for the rest of this month and into September.

• [p]Late Pledges should continue, and upgrades to your existing pledges may be possible.  [/p]

We are aiming to provide as much transparency as possible, knowing full well the storied history of Kickstarter campaigns. In truth, it was never our initial plan, and we had hoped to find funding elsewhere from within the industry. The past several years have been incredibly challenging for indies looking to push boundaries, and we hope that there is a hunger from the community for an authentic, home-grown, passionately built video game set in this period in history.
