Hello,
We've not wanted to deprive awaiting players of the development progress for Firearms Factory therefore we started a Devblog series. We will talk about the systems, and mechanics that will exist in the game, without revealing their surprises.

- Name Surname: Ella Schläfler
- Ethnicity : German
- Blood Group: A rh (+)
Ella is a prisoner of war.
Rumor has it that she attempted to ambush a Russian logistics network as a 3-women platoon and was captured as injured.
Now, she works as a slave in a firearms factory that funds that logistics network.
It seems that; The factory healed Ella's wounds and has made her be able to work again.
They must have found a way to remind her of her favorite food and good old times. After all the trouble they went through, that factory may have acquired a considerable amount of German intelligence.
In Firearms Factory, it is possible to obtain workers in these and similar ways. Of course, if you want to keep on good terms with your state, you may have to give up some of them; or?

- Failure to adequately provide peace between workers can lead to bad results.
- While creating your worker portfolio, you should pay attention to some issues. Ethnicity, blood type, etc.
- Apart from taking care of the health of your workers, you should also take care of them.
- The most productive worker may be the happy and healthy one.
- Basically, all worker behavior is based on cultural/ethnic background.
