Play the Wildfrost Demo during Steam Next Fest!
We’re excited to share the news that Wildfrost will be playable during the next Steam Next Fest, running from 3rd - 10th October! The demo will feature a slice of what’s to come in the complete game, and we’re looking forward to hearing your feedback to make the final game even better.
What did you enjoy? How was the tutorial? What didn’t quite work for you? Were there any mechanics, cards or items that didn’t work how you expected? Who is your favourite, Big Berry or Wallop? We want to hear it all!
The demo will be playable in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Wildfrost is a tactical roguelike deckbuilder from the core 2-person team of Deadpan Games & Gaziter.
[h2]What’s in the demo?[/h2]
The final game will have plenty more to get to grips with, including additional Tribes to master, with 50+ Companions, 70+ Item cards and 20+ Clunker cards to fill your decks with. Fight your way through 5+ boss monsters, 15+ mini-bosses, and a special final boss that will be different each time you play! You’ll also be able to further develop the town of Snowdwell with content unlocks as you spend more time on your adventure, ready to take on the rest of the boss monsters lying in wait for the final challenge at the Sun Temple!

- Perfect your card battling and deck-building skills, and set out on an adventure to bring an end to ‘the Wildfrost’!
- Recruit Companions, elemental items, and equip powerful wobbly charms
- Choose your Leader from a variety of tribes, each with randomised skills and stats
- Master the dynamic ‘counter’ system to plan your next move
- Expand and develop the hub town of Snowdwell between battles
- Unlock new cards, events, customisation options and more
- Endless replayability with daily runs & challenges!
