Updated the game client to fix the following bug around 02:00 on April 11, 2022.

Fixed a bug causing a penalty to be reapplied when playing a ranked match after lifting it previously.
*You may still experience the penalty display popping up after this fix, but the display will return to its normal afterwards.
This update will be applied automatically to anyone who launches the game client after 02:00 on April 11.
