Regarding an issue with Placement Match rating calculations

An issue has been confirmed in which ratings are sometimes not calculated correctly at the end of a Placement Match.
We plan to address this issue by resetting affected players’ ratings and enabling them to play Placement Matches again.
The issue is scheduled to be fixed with tomorrow’s maintenance. We also intend to reset ratings tomorrow, but depending on the circumstances this may be delayed until a later time.
