First off, we'd like to thank all of our pilots for playing GUNDAM EVOLUTION and for helping us to continually improve the game and community.
As many of you know, it is our utmost priority to promote safe and fair gameplay for all of our pilots. In order to accomplish this, we established a Monitoring Team that operates 24/7 in order to issue suspensions to players who cheat or participate in malicious conduct, such as online harrassment or inappropriate use of the chat feature.

However, there are times when our team makes mistakes. This notice is to inform you that some of the accounts we had mistakenly suspended have had their suspensions lifted. We would like to thank our pilots for their grace and patience as we continue to work to refine our monitoring and cheat detection systems.

In the GUNDAM EVOLUTION team, we are working to take appropriate measures against cheating and misconduct in order to provide a healthy gameplay experience for all players.

However, we have had a few issues in the cheat detection and verification process. As a result, several player accounts have been mistakenly suspended. We have lifted those suspensions, and we offer our heartfelt apologies to the players affected by this mistake. We are working to identify the cause of these faulty bans, and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will also be sending a compensation item to the players affected by this issue.
If you have created a new account and prefer for compensation to be sent to that account rather than the banned account, please [contact us] so we can send the item to your preferred account.

We once again apologize for the inconvenience.
We will be reviewing our monitoring system to ensure this does not happen again.
