EXENS anti-cheat update

Dear players, we would like to remind you that since 21 March 2025 we, the EXENS department, have launched a more transparent and effective ban policy for violations of clause 4.1.1. of the licence agreement.

⚠️ Permanent bans for cheats now cover all accounts with all characters on all regions!

⚠️ Also, starting from 21 March 2025, we have experimentally started banning for using macros!

How it works:

• The first use of macros results in a temporary ban for seven days. However, a repeat violation is punishable by a permanent ban under clause 4.1.1 of the licence agreement.
  
• The new permanent ban policy also applies to macro-related violations.
  
• Bans for macros are preformed in accordance with the new licence agreement clause 4.1.20.
  

This clause of the licence agreement does not apply to auto-clickers and only applies to macros that directly give you an advantage in shooting or controlling your character! If there are any changes to this policy, we will notify you via a separate announcement.
