Is Rise allied with Frontier and the military?!

[p][/p][p][/p][p]S.S.P.P. helicopters have been spotted landing on the rooftops of northern faction bases — both Rise and Frontier![/p][p]Things seem relatively clear with Frontier, especially given the recent military deployment to the Barrier, but Rise? That’s a whole different story. According to intercepted radio chatter, they’re apparently involved in some kind of “knowledge exchange” with the military…[/p][p]What do you think they’re up to? I’ve got a feeling the answer is right under our noses![/p]
