Hot Fix EA 0.17.0.12341

Fixed a few issues:

- scrolls re-identifying themselves after coming back to base
- no music issue in main menu
- mass heal spell having wrong stat at grade 0
- infinite enchants issue in 4k (enchanting device)
- level 1 skills cooldowns being wrongly upgraded then downgraded
- Circle of doom fear not triggering
