Last month, Pixelshire took part in IndieDevDay 2023 in Barcelona! Showcased by our partners and friends at Tesura Games, people attending the in-person gaming event had the opportunity to visit the Tesura stand and play Pixelshire on PC!

Hey everyone,

It's been a while since our last community post, so we wanted to give you an update on everything that's been happening in the world of Pixelshire!

[h3]🏹 BOW AND ARROW 🏹[/h3]

The bow and arrow has been added as a new tool for players to use when fighting enemies from long range!

You will be able to craft a range of different types of arrows, from Iron Arrows to Frost Arrows, which will deal different amounts of damage to enemies thanks to their varying properties.



[h3]🌟 UPDATED UI 🌟[/h3]

Our developer has been hard at work updating visual aspects of Pixelshire and making the UI much cleaner and, well, user-friendly! From the compass to the easy-to-access journal, you can see in the comparison pictures how much the UI has changed across the past few months.

[h3]🏘️ NEW BUILDING DESIGNS 🏘️[/h3]

There has also been a lot of work done into building interiors recently! Here, you can see the cozy interior of the Town Hall. This is where you will most often find Eva, the Mayor of Pixelshire, who will be able to help you build your first house in this new land.



Fighter Valerie has also received some upgrades to her house! As you can see from the comparison pictures below, Valerie's house has grown in size, with two turrets where she can practice her combat skills. You can see that one turret features an archery target - with the addition of the bow and arrow, Pixelshire's mighty protector must practice this new skill!
