Total Conflict: Resistance - LIVE STREAM Next Fest October 2022



Greetings to all. On October 8, 2022, I plan to play and broadcast a demo version of the game Total Conflict: Resistance as part of the Steam Game Festival 2022. Come to the broadcast, it will be exciting!

List of changes and improvements:

  • Added new commands to control your squads. Key "F1" - Attack, Key "F2" - Stop, "F3" - Retreat (you can send all your soldiers to attack by selecting units on the "Tab" key and pressing "F1". Your soldiers will immediately to attack.
  • Fixed trees collision.
  • Improved AI navigation (pathfinding for tanks, cars, etc.).
  • Added two new sights - 4x optical sight, red dot sight.
  • Added modifications for all pistols in the game (silencer and red dot sight).
  • Some locations improved.
  • All buildings in the game have been fixed, objects blocking visibility from buildings have been removed, etc.
  • Optimized tactical battles.
  • Enemy respawn has been fixed.
  • Fixed AI in the campaign.
  • Changed the balance of ammo production (increased the number of produced ammo by several times).
  • Fixed random faction selection at the start of a new campaign.
  • Fixed screen resolution setting (but I need to test it, unfortunately I have a 1080p monitor).

    HINTS (Tactical battle):

  • Press "Tab" to select all units. Use the "1"-"9" keys to select an individual squad.
  • Press the "F1" key to send the selected units into battle.
  • To send the selected units to any position, right-click (use a binocular for convenience, "B" key).
  • To deploy a squad in any direction, use the middle mouse button.
  • Press the "F2" key to stop (hold on) the selected squads.
  • You can send selected units to their original position by pressing the "F3" key.
  • You can "possess" any selected squad by pressing the "H" key.
  • You can switch to tactical mode by pressing the "M" key.
  • To quickly land troops, select all units by pressing "Tab", press "J". Passengers will leave the transport.
  • Use the "X", "C" and "Z" keys to change the body position of the soldiers. Standing infantry moves much faster than in "Crouch" and "Prone" modes.
  • Use the "Shift" key while aiming.
  • Use the "K" key to order the selected units to follow you
  • To exit/enter a vehicle, pick up a other weapon, press the "F" key.
  • To change the shooting mode of an weapon (single-burst-automatic mode, etc.), press the "V" key.
  • To change weapons in armored vehicles, press the "V" key (change the main weapon to a machine gun, etc.). Use "Shift" while aiming.
  • Never use armored vehicles without infantry support.
  • Try not to bring armored vehicles into the city.
  • Organize the production of ammunition and grenade launchers in advance, this will significantly increase the combat effectiveness of the infantry.
