0.9.66b New multi turret tank "Char BB"!

Hey Commanders! Here comes the 0.9.66b update! A brand-new multi-turret tank, new Commissar event, and fresh mechanics are here. Let's take a look!


[h3]🏰 The 20th Multi-Turret Tank Arrives![/h3]
  • Char BB is here! This is the 20th multi-turret tank in the game!
    "This is a fortress tank—picture the Maginot Line on tracks, and you've got the idea."




[h3]👁 New Mechanic: Stroboscopic Cupola[/h3]
  • Stroboscopic Cupola

    • Aiming Sight +20%. Concealment -20%
  • A fascinating design that takes advantage of human visual persistence. Its rapidly rotating outer shell allows the commander to "see through" the tank. Other than being very easy to get hit by shells, it's perfect.
  • Vehicles equipped with the Stroboscopic Cupola:

    • Char BB
    • Char 2C
    • Char 2C Bis


[h3]🗂 Commissar Updates[/h3]
  • Added a new Commissar random event, "Preparation", which is now fixed as the first option in the game.
    This event increases rewards based on the number of missions completed in your previous run.
    While you are rest, the Commissar is busy filling out paperwork and applying for funding from the academy.
  • At the same time, the Commissar's animated skin has been added to the game!


[h3]⚙️ Mechanics and Content Adjustments[/h3]
  • The "Rangefinder" effect has been changed to: +20% firing range while aiming
  • White Tiger's ammo type has been changed to HEAT
  • In Yulia's random events, you can now choose to upgrade sub weapons
  • Added missing decorations for Rammtiger and Bishop

[h3]🚀 New Vehicle Arrives![/h3]
  • Rank 7 SPG "RBT-5"
    Why does that BT-5 have 420 mm rocket mounted on it!?




[h3]✨ New Skills Added![/h3]
  • New skill for Gina: "Regroup"
    All allies gain 1 chance to revive!
  • New skill for Maria: "Capture"
    Turns the first enemy destroyed in each mission into a temporary ally!




[h3]💥 Boss & Combat Adjustments[/h3]
  • The aiming speed of KV-2-2-2 has been reduced.
    Side firing will now cause it to fall over properly
  • Enemies using HE shells now have a higher chance to miss.
  • Survival Mode adjustment: After the Boss appears, mission progress will grow more slowly.
    No more worrying about finishing the mission before you get to fight the Boss!


[h3]🛡 Mechanics & Handling Changes[/h3]
  • Impact angle now affects armor damage: The greater the angle, the less armor is reduced.
  • Artillery strike impact points are now more evenly distributed.
  • Based on player feedback, the penetration of Type 2 Ka-Mi and Type 5 Chi-Ri's hull gun has been adjusted to 6.
  • Enemies added by Advanced Difficulty will no longer grant mission progress.


[h3]🐞 Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed an issue where the Elite Tiger E could not switch back after changing ammo types.
  • Fixed a bug where disabling ally camo sync had no effect.
  • Fixed an issue where the flipped vehicle UI would not disappear after the player died.
