How do survivors thrive in a world full of danger and uncertainty? We need to understand the most basic survival system in UNDAWN.
When entering the Raven Shelter, we will receive a Survival Health Monitor from Dr. Michael, which can intuitively display the status of our BODY, MENTALITY, HYGIENE, and METABOLISM metrics.

The most ideal body type is Average! Being too lean or bulky will have some impact to your status. To achieve an Average body, exercise is the way to go.

Mentality metrics is divided into three states: Exhausted, Tired, and Awake, which affects the survivor's gathering speed. To alleviate fatigue and tiredness, simply getting a good night's sleep will solve the problem.
[h3]HYGIENE[/h3]

Dirty skin or clothing can easily attract attacks from zombies!
To stay clean, just wash in a clean water source.
[h3]METABOLISM[/h3]

When the bladder and stomach reach a certain volume, the body will feel uncomfortable. Remember to metabolize in time.

They are Hydration, Hunger and Health.
Dehydration will increase the rate of energy consumption and can lead to death in severe cases. To avoid this, simply drink water on time.

Low health will increase damage you receive, but it can be improved by using antibody drugs. In addition to bandages and First Aid Kit, some foods can also restore a moderate amount of health!
