Game fixes

- added option to delete all persistent data and start from scratch (orbs, sex scenes and endings gallery)
- added option to auto-forward scenes
- fixed the appearance of certain sex scenes in the gallery
- slightly modified the trigger of "My human, not yours" quest so now it's easier to launch while using SEVEN MILES BOOTS
- modified repeating texts during Kara sex scene
