Update 0.4.1 - We are adding love to the game

A small update adding new enemies and new weapons.

New enemies
Knight liar - leaves a trail of tears that deal damage, bounces off walls in a random direction
Garden robot - activates laser trap on random opponent or on himself, walks slowly towards player



New weapons
New effect - Loner - weapons get a massive boost to stats if you don't have a second weapon
The new weapons have already existing modifiers in the game, such as First Love or Wild Magic.

Version 0.4 - “Endgame Patch” NOW AVAILABLE

General changes

  • Every weapon modifier that was in the game and could deal damage got changes in damage scaling.
  • Drinks at the bar after unlocking are free
  • Added protection against sudden death, if the player has about 20-30 health then he will not lose after one enemy hit
  • Fewer objects will 'pop up' in the field of view
  • Level generator will first create rooms in which you can unlock a character
  • Axe heavy attack changed, now deals powerful attack around player
  • Damage from weak and heavy attacks scales with 1/3 of the player's damage instead of 1:1 as before, instead a lot more effects have new scaling
  • In the Main Menu, the category “Collection” has appeared, it is not clickable but it will be unlocked in future updates, weapons information will appear there first and new tabs will be added later.
  • The save window improves the more princesses are rescued. In addition, information about weapon packs and character potions unlocked is displayed.
  • ghost and hazardbot - they are faster and have a longer attack range

New locations

The temple is a new location just before the final boss fight, in it you can buy rare perks and potions.



[h2]Capitol[/h2]
New final location. The fight with the Corrupted King has been completely revamped, now there is much less thinking and more fighting. The Dome will return but as something new.

Magical Forest

  • The layout of the rooms has been changed
  • Optimized rendering of trees in the distance

Tags

Tags are displayed next to each weapon modifier and character perks, displaying with which stats the effect scales.

Crystals

Changed the number of crystals for different activities
  • From each boss drops 1 purple crystal
  • From the final boss drops 1 purple and red crystal
  • After defeating the alternative floor, 1 purple crystal drops out
  • For every kiss you get an extra purple crystal for defeating a boss

Kisses

  • Each kiss adds 1 crystal for defeating a boss
  • Metallic Kiss - Boss does not have increased projectile speed, has more health and damage
  • Cheap kiss - Reduced price increase in store from 20% to 10%, works with other currencies
  • Vampire kiss - action changed: healing effects are less effective
  • Farewell kiss - time to activate effect reduced, stats granted reduced and gold reduction removed

Dungeon Events

  • The maid's mission has been completely revamped - from now on, the maid asks to “clean” the entire floor, and there is no longer a fight with the knight.
  • The hunter's challenge now creates a curse to pick up, once picked up, the event activates.

  • Cowboy
    - Revolver - shot scales with damage
    - Lucky Coin - coin shot scales with damage
  • Devil - Reduced the increase in damage received for each perk
  • Fairy - Hitting the ground increases opponents' knockback bar
  • Gladiator - Increased damage gain at low health
  • Hobo - Changed the stats he gets after drinking the potion
  • Huntress
    - Added scaling with damage for each bow charge level
    - Chance of finding a chest scales with luck
    - Trap damage scales with damage
  • Knight - Buff after dash adds more damage
  • Maid - Weak spot damage depends on player stats, not weapon stats
  • Monk - Hook line deals damage based on player stats, not weapon stats
  • Ninja
    - Shuriken - scales better with damage
    - Dash damage scales with the player's damage and the damage of the weapon held
  • Joker
    - Added all missing weapons to the pool of random weapons
    - At the beginning of the run can get more damage
    - Increased the value of the random weapon stats it draws at the beginning of the game
  • Robot
    - Damage+ adds more damage
    - AIR MODULE - scaling with Elemental mastery and with player damage increased, cooldown reduced
  • Vampire
    - Reduced scaling of skills with maximum health, added scaling with damage

  • Fixed a bug whereby aerial attack would not toss the player up along with the opponent

  • Fixed a bug whereby the mine was creating enemies even after the event was over

The next update will improve the final boss and endgame progression.
Many perks and modifiers will have better scaling with stats.
