Update notes for November 12

Several fixes in this build:

- Score tally on the end of level fixed
- Homing missile now tracks boss turrets
- Fixed wall cannons and made them destructible again
- Removed the ability to stand on top of enemies in the platform levels

Tweaks:

- Boxes now block enemy fire
- Further difficulty tweaks across later levels
- More signposting/help tips
