HOTFIX



Hello, Overseer.

Our first hotfix for the Combat Revamp is coming through! Among the things we fixed with this round:

Invasions:
* Defense Rooms should now possess a proper attack range
* Continuous "misses" against enemies are fixed
* Invasions should end much quicker now
* Invasions power should now calculate properly taking into account your shelter level
* Pesky "null" bugs messing with your production & timers should no longer appear in your game

Equipment leveling:
* Enhancing your equipment should now return proper WAIFU stats

We aren't resting, though! More fixes are coming through, so stay tuned for the next patch!

Combat Revamp




Hello, Overseer!
War has changed.
But... War never changes.
...So maybe nothing's changed?
But - no, something's definitely changed.

What has changed, dear Overseer, is that the Combat Revamp that we've announced a long while ago has just come out, ready to be mastered by you! Among many changes and differences compared to the previous system, one is most definitely at the forefront that you will welcome:
Speed-Ups during missions now extend to walking speed as well!

No more sitting for ages, waiting for the elevator to reach a different floor, listening to cheesy music and not even able to exchange trivia about your cultures or recent happenings with your companions!
But there's so much more, too!

- Division of the battle field into 3 lines.
- Items will have unique stats spreads.
- Armor Penetration - new stat - the opposite of the fun penetration.
- Unique Combat behavior - weapons will not hit random enemies. Melee weapons will start mowing enemies on their front line while.
- Ranged weapons will prefer the back and middle enemy lines.
- New two-stat-based weapon types are now possible! First ones to be such weapons are the Bows.
- Auto-skill and auto-heal toggles!
- Combat UI improvements
- Indicating enemies' damage type (Melee, Ranged)
- Buffs and Debuffs effects will be displayed over the target's HP bar

Still, not everything went as smoothly as we had hoped, so while we finish up a few kinks, we had to temporarily disable Reforging - a decision made so you wouldn't lose your materials needlessly while we haven't finished tweaking them. We will bring it back as soon as possible, hopefully next week!
Apart from any possible hotfixes, we are also working on important patches to further adjust the entirety of the system towards the Combat Revamp.
For now, though: prepare for your new reality of combat, Overseer, for War... has not yet finished changing.

PS: Current version of the Combat Revamp has a slightly reduced enemy combat prowess. They will attack less often compared to your Champions. In the next updates their attacks will be brought back to the original design, which will be the same as you will see on your armaments.
Give it a go, let the new combat mechanics sink in, level up your girls and their equipment, fiddle around with skills and tactics. Don't forget to let us know what are your thoughts!

Clean Ride



If your enterprise depends on vehicles, like Sara's does, you would know keeping them clean and sparkling is important - first impression is paramount, after all!

But she needs a little help with that, and Amelia, Beatrix and Lady Judith are all interested in Sara's... _predicament._

Combat Revamp delayed - WHOOPS!
Hello, Overseer...

...So about that explosion you heard in the basement, ehehehe... well... You see, Crazy got into the fireworks and _somehow_ she found a lighter despite us hiding every one and... ehhhehehe ...Well, the servers that were holding the Combat Revamp were a little _too close_ and... ehhhhhheheheheheheee...

...So yeah, we will have to delay the Combat Revamp by a day or two. We're very, very sorry about that. While the above jokingly suggests we had explosions on our hands, the truth is more pragmatic and boring - the release build, after internal testing, did not pass the grade. As such, we need to put more elbow grease and work out everything.

But hey, for the Overseers in the US, this is a very special day that is all about enjoying fun, freedom and independence, so it's only appropriate we give 'em some more time to enjoy the festivities, right?

Combat Revamp - The Final Touches!




Hello, Overseer!

The day is coming and we will be releasing Combat Revamp tomorrow!

Unfortunately, this also means that due to technical issues we will be temporarily disabling Reforging. We will bring it back as soon as possible, but we need to do some more adjustments to it so that your experience with the game is much, much better.

Remember: Sometimes it doesn't do to rush with things. Sometimes, you need to slow down... Appreciate each other... Take your time... Have patience and keep a delicate touch to make sure once it's finally time to go, the going is an unforgettable experience...~
