Update based on feedback
[p]Last week, Paper Cat Games released a survey to get feedback on the Paper Perjury. We got quite a number of responses with a range of opinions. We are very thankful that people took the time out of their day to write such detailed answers. (link to survey for anyone else who would like to fill it out.)[/p][p][/p][p]While we can't change too much about Paper Perjury, we do plan to use these for future content. [/p][p][/p][p]That said, there was one response recently that we do want to address. Case 5 is the only case with two different investigation sections. One response stated that some of the dialogue in part 3 still had the same text from part 1, despite already knowing the answer. So we are addressing it here.[/p][p]Patch notes (and spoilers) ahead:
After Fie confesses to having been inside the Eubank building, new dialogue appears when you investigate the desk in the Eubank lobby.
Justina thinking "(Now we know that Fie was here, and the cat toy belonged to Toasty. I really hope I never have kids that good at hiding...)
In part 3, inside the garage, new dialogue appears when you investigate both Anton's and Lowell's car.
Anton's car:
Justina "We found out why the car was damaged. Turns out, Lowell was the one who tried to drive it."
Justina "And since he couldn't drive stick shift, that's what led to the tail lights being damaged."
Meg "See, I told you no one could drive it without being taught."
Sophie "Sorry that his recklessness got you involved in this."
Meg "Not at all! I should be thanking him. I get paid based on the damage."
Meg "If he backed it into the wall one more time, I could have charged his family twice as much."
Justina thinking "(You know what, I wish he did. Meg deserves that extra pay.)"
Lowell's car:
Meg "Never in a million years would I think Anton's body was placed in Lowell's trunk."
Justina "Solving this case would have been so much easier if we had broken into his car like I suggested."
Justina "I'm not saying we should have broken into it, but..."
Sophie "And if we did, the evidence wouldn't get past any judge. So we had to do it the hard way."
Justina "I know. I just wish the hard way wasn't so... hard."
We are also updating Meg's design so that the redness in her face isn't as pronounced. She will still have red cheeks when she's nervous or sad, but that makes sense for those emotions.

This is the only change to her design.
Thank you to everyone, and we hope to get more feedback in the coming weeks before Case 6 releases next month.
