Preparing base game to accommodate Episode 6 release.

[p]Hey everyone, [/p][p]Steve here to tell you that we've made the decision to delay the release of Episode 6 on Steam by two weeks, meaning we’ll be releasing on July 25th instead of July 11th. [/p][p][/p][p]I know it sucks, I know you're excited, trust me, so are we. Unfortunately, we're just not as fast as we hoped we would be. The episode isn't ready to be released and this is our CK2 finale, it's a huge deal and we want it to be awesome, bug free and we want to be proud of it. [/p][p][/p][p]Right now, we're still missing a couple scenes, fighting pesky bugs and haven't been able to test the whole thing properly. So unless you love a good error screen, you probably wouldn't enjoy playing the episode in its current state anyway.[/p][p]
[/p][p]So why do we announce a release date and then a new release and then still miss it? Because frankly, we're stubborn, slow-learning optimists that refuse to let production issues and personal circumstances get in the way of our goals. And yet, they often do.
[/p][p]The reality is, we're just a bunch of humans, doing our absolute best to make this episode a deserving finale of CK2 and a blast to play. And sometimes we fall short, no matter how hard we may try. I promise you that we're not just sitting here drinking mojitos and hoping for the episode to just magically finish itself. Well... at least not all of us.[/p][p][/p][p]Anyway, I am genuinely sorry for anyone that was really looking forward to playing Episode 6 and now has to wait even longer, but I do believe the wait will be more than worth it once you finally get your hands on it.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you for the support and please do feel free to let your frustration out in any way you see fit, even if you write me a mean dm, I am particularly insecure about my doughy physique at the moment so if you want to hit me where it hurts, I'd lead with that.[/p][p][/p][p]Jokes aside, much love to all of you, have a fantastic next few weeks and once they've flown by, CK2 Episode 6 will be waiting for you![/p][p][/p][p]- Steve[/p][p][/p]

The team has been hard at work on Episode 6 “Summer Showdown” and we’re so excited to announce that we’ve confirmed a release date of July 11th on Steam!

We’re pulling out all the stops to make sure that the finale of CK2 is the grandest that it can be! Episode 6 has everything from exploring Ancient Aztec Temples with the gang to ascending to godhood in the mythical Zeus Night, a time-honored tradition in SVC where one chosen fighter is served by only the fairest of maidens. Flex your godly muscles and stake your claim on the mortal woman that best pleases you!

This episode has some of the hottest content we’ve made yet, with over 40 animated sex scenes and countless ridiculously hot renders, you’ll have the opportunity to get naughty with your favourite girls. Rev Nora’s engine in the backseat of her car, get steamy in the locker room with Chloe, and let Penelope give you an intimate tour of her cosplay at Nerd-Con.
