Hey everyone,

We hope you're as excited for the rework as we are! As we gear up to release the new and improved "The Pool Party" reworked episode next week on September 26th at 3pm EDT/12pm PDT/8pm BST, we wanted to share some of the big changes we've made to the episode.

Firstly, "The Pool Party" now truly lives up to its name. We've meticulously crafted the build-up for the party throughout the episode. From party prep to conversations with the other characters, we ensure that the anticipation is palpable and feels natural.

Player feedback on the episode has been at the foundation of this rework from the beginning. The tone of this episode is now in line with the rest of the series, and speaking of consistency, the personalities of our characters in this episode were a big focus for us and we worked hard to ensure that the characters felt true to themselves and that they act accordingly throughout the events of the episode.

Something we’re very excited for players to check out is the increased control we’ve given to the players over MC's personality. Your choices now carry a lot more weight in the story, shaping the events of the episode in more impactful ways. As a new member of the recently revived Social Planning Committee, your decisions will directly impact both the success of the party, as well as the relationships you’ve built from Episode 1. If you put in the time with the girls you’ll be able to find all the new sex scenes we’ve added into the rework!

[h2]Existing Saves[/h2]
If you have saves from Episode 2, you will be prompted to restart the episode from the beginning to enjoy the newly updated content.

While it’s not necessary to play the updated Episode 2 to continue Episode 3 saves, we should note that not doing so will reset your Episode 2 decisions to default settings. This means some of your choices may not align with your previous preferences.

Steve here. After a lot of hard work from the team, we're delighted to finally announce that the long-awaited rework of Episode 2 "The Pool Party" has an official date of September 26th locked in on Steam. Check out the official trailer on our YouTube!

We want every episode of CK to live up to the expectations of our fans, and Episode 2 originally didn't quite hit the mark of what CK is supposed to be, so we've been working non-stop on reworking the entire episode from the ground up and we're confident that it's now one of our best episodes ever. So...

[h2]What's new?[/h2]
As well as reworking what's already there, we've added in tonnes of new content for players to discover, including (but not limited to) new sex scenes, an expanded free roam, and more frat time with both the Wolves and the Apes! We've worked directly with the fanbase and their feedback to ensure that we've cut content that didn't fit CK, and I personally led the re-writing of the episode.

[h2]How will this affect existing saves?[/h2]
A lot has changed in episode 2, if you load an existing episode 2 save now you will be placed at the beginning of the episode with your decisions from episode 1 intact. Loading an episode 3 save will give you the option to either start at the beginning of episode 2, or to continue from your save point in episode 3.
New choices that can be made in the episode 2 rework will be set to default options if you just load episode 3. We recommend starting episode 2 fresh to experience the great new content, and to ensure that you're making choices that feel right for you!

[h2]Will it cost anything?[/h2]
If you already own the Pool Party chapter then this rework is completely free. If you only own chapter 1, purchasing chapter 2 is required in order to access the reworked content.
