Realmwalkers,

Servers have been taken down for maintenance to push a game update. You will see the message "Shards Not Found" as long as servers are unavailable.

This update includes improvements to the following:

• Player Byway (tutorial) Realms sometimes getting into a bad state (unable to finish quests, portals not opening)
  
• Adding server region select for player characters
  
• Some keybind / key press inconsistencies
  
• Additional / updated messaging for future server maintenance periods
  
• Water Bottle Essence exploit
  
• Players occasionally can't get items from fueled structures
  
• Seeds not growing in Simple Plant Pot structures
  
• Additional bugs fixes and game adjustments
  

Full patch notes will be provided after server maintenance is complete.

We’re expecting maintenance to take approximately 1 hour to complete and will provide an update when servers are back online.

Economy changes for Reclaimed Ingots/Lumber will be addressed in the next patch. If you would like to run the Vaults privately before then, you can obtain the Vault Major Realm Card from the Essence Trader in The Watch - giving access to the same Apex Vaults from your private Realm portals but without external public matchmaking.

We've just rolled out additional servers for Nightingale in South America!

For now, to access the new server in the South American region, you will need to create a new character (the ability to transfer preexisting characters to the new region will be available in a future game update).

We finally opened the Realms this past week and we’ve been overwhelmed by the intrepidness and creativity of all the fledgling Realmwalkers exploring Nightingale for the first time. We’ve been receiving the feedback, watching the streams, and reading through your tales of Realm-diving adventures over the last few days. A heartfelt thank you from everyone here at Inflexion.

To wrap up our first week of Early Access, we wanted to provide an update on some of the work we’re doing here at the studio, as well as spotlight some of the cool community content we’ve been enjoying.

We’re extending our Twitch Drops campaign until 10:00am MT on Monday, March 4, 2024.

While tens of thousands of Realmwalkers have been running around in their fancy purple duds, we understand, due to an older game sharing the same name, that there was some confusion with creators and viewers streaming or watching the wrong category. The other ‘Nightingale’ is now gone, and so we wanted to get all those folks who missed out due to the error the opportunity to snag the goodies.

Please note due to how Twitch works, this is technically going to be considered a ‘new’ Drop campaign. This means the following:

• Viewers who have made some progress on the drops will lose this progress as the new campaign kicks in tomorrow, and will have to restart their progress in the new campaign.
  
• If you have already unlocked the Twitch Drops and you watch one of the participating streams, you will receive a second set of Drops. In-game you’ll be granted a second set of items, however the recipes will not duplicate.
