Update Notes 1.1.0

Hello farmers!
Version 1.1.0 of Sunrise's Order is just around the corner. We have some exciting new features that should enhance your enjoyment. Let me tell you about the most important updates in detail:

🧭🗺️ A treasure hunt has begun! Keep an eye out while exploring your island, as you might stumble upon a small clue and find a treasure!

In July, we conducted a survey to find out what decorations you'd like for your home. The votes were close between potted plants 🪴 and plushies, with the latter winning. We've added 10 new plushies to find during your treasure hunt. 🧸



Here's a new feature that will improve your farming life. From now on, bronze, silver, and gold hoes will dig multiple tiles at once. This will greatly speed up your mining excursions. 🪨

Another point that will please many is that with the new update, you no longer need to have your materials in your inventory to craft items with the factories. You can leave everything in your various chests. The factories will take into account what’s in your chests. 🧰

We also wanted to mention that we now have a Wiki for Sunrise's Order. 🖥️ For now, it only has basic information, but it will be updated over time.

  • Furniture can now be stored in the Wooden Tall Cabinet and the Enchanted Wardrobe (100 slots).
  • When searching for new contracts, you can see the quantity you have in your inventory.
  • Plans have a new appearance to differentiate them from recipes.
  • Added a basic scythe on Animazon to make the scythe more accessible early in the game.
  • Added the Omelette recipe.
  • Added the Butter Chicken recipe.
  • Animazon offers a wider range of ingredients and materials.
  • Added new character customization options available at the start of a new game.
  • Added new dialogues.

[h3]Modifications and Improvements[/h3]
  • Silos now feed a maximum number of animals.
  • Hoes have been rebalanced to account for recent changes.
  • Items are now listed by type on Animazon.
  • Tools no longer lose durability if the targeted object cannot be destroyed.
  • Improved movement speed in the construction app.
  • Changed the recipes for "Omelette" and "Double Omelette"; their names are now "Cooked Egg" and "2 Cooked Eggs."
  • Balanced the values of some items.
  • Balanced the recipes for workshops and factories.
  • Balanced fertilizers to make them more accessible.
  • Balanced the scents on garbage.
  • Balanced the value of several cooking recipes.
  • Balanced the energy provided by certain meals.
  • Modified the description of broccoli seeds.
  • Trash bags no longer spread.
  • Adding fuel now uses materials from the chests.

  • It is now possible to add fuel using materials directly from the chests.
  • The character refuses to fish if they don’t have enough energy.
  • Changed the selection colors for breakable and unbreakable objects.

  • Fixed a bug where items in material chests were not always counted when finishing contracts or in the construction menu on the computer.
  • Fixed a bug where animals did not eat outside according to the temperature.
  • Fixed a bug where feeders could feed the same animal multiple times.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed unlocking skills in skill trees without the necessary prerequisites.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented closing the tutorial during the first interaction with the pond.
  • Fixed a bug that did not always update unpinned objectives.
  • Fixed a bug related to animals.
  • Fixed the durability function for animal tools.
  • Fixed a bug where watering cans would empty when stored.

Hi!
Recently, we received several suggestions from community members to improve the player experience, and we thought it would be good to integrate these recommendations into Sunrise's Order.

Thank you all for taking the time to write to us so that we can continue to improve the game and make it even more enjoyable to play!

[h3]Added[/h3]
  • It is now possible to see the durability of a tool in your inventory.
  • The mine level is now always displayed.
  • Basic tools are now available on Animazon.
  • Branches and little stones are available on Animazon.

[h3]Modifications and Improvements[/h3]
  • Modified the text of a cutscene to indicate that you need to buy the Transformer rather than craft it.
  • Improved the condition for the Transformer to be available on Animazon.
  • Animal health now restores gradually each day but decreases more quickly if the animal is not well treated.
  • Increased the spawn rate of wood and stones.
  • The arrival time of a package now depends on the time of order.
  • The mine level selection is now set by default to the deepest point reached and saved by the player.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed a bug that did not correctly display the 4th ingredient in crafting recipes.
  • Fixed descriptions of basic tools that incorrectly indicated they were still unbreakable.
  • Fixed an erroneous mine floor save notification.

Hey farmers!
It's already been 2 weeks (🤯) since Sunrise's Order has been available in version 1.0. Time flies by so fast. We're thrilled with the reception our game has received; your reactions fill us with happiness! 💛

Today, we have a few small changes to share with you. In the heat of the moment, we forgot to release announcements for updates 1.0.1 and 1.0.2. Therefore, we've decided to include them in this one to ensure that no development details are overlooked.

  • Added an option to sort inventory and chests.
  • Added a notification to alert the player of low energy.
  • Added a confirmation when the player interacts with the ladder to exit the mine.
  • Added a cinematic to notify that the free subscription of Animazon Express is ending soon.

[h3]Modifications and Improvements[/h3]
  • Improved energy regeneration during sleep.
  • Enhanced the Deep Sleep skill to have a better impact on energy.
  • Reduced the chances of plants dying due to nature (wind/storm).
  • Living plants now require 2 swings with the scythe to be removed.
  • Modified shortcuts in factories.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed a bug that prevented menus from responding at certain times.
  • Corrected a scrolling issue in chests.
  • The exclamation icon on factories now always appears correctly.
  • Fixed a bug that continuously displayed the "Sort" button.
  • Some furniture didn't appear correctly in the crafting list.
  • Fixed a black/purple display issue if a button wasn't configured correctly.

Now, let's get down to business. 🥕
What has changed in the game with this new update?
Without further ado, here are the changes that have been made.



For update 1.0, we focused on the narrative aspect to help players explore all the available game mechanics, providing them with a permanent objective outside of contracts, while also improving certain existing dialogues. 📝

We've also added a board with additional objectives for players who desire even more challenges. You'll gain access to this board by reaching a certain farm level or by completing all main objectives. 🗹

Regarding customization, a common request was to allow players to choose short hair for characters in dresses and long hair for characters in overalls. We've granted this request! 💇

If you want to know the most significant changes made during the early access phase, I recommend reading our Devlog 1.0.

Alright, enough chit-chat, let's dive into our traditional list of additions, modifications, and fixes!

  • Addition of a multitude of new narrative missions throughout the adventure.
  • Addition of objectives at the beginning of the game.
  • Addition of a objectives board offering additional bonuses later in the game.
  • Ability to have short hair with the dress.
  • Ability to have long hair with overalls.
  • New hair colors (green, gray, and grape).
  • Addition of the ability to scroll through the contents of chests.
  • Steam Deck Verified.

[h3]Modifications and Improvements[/h3]
  • Improvement of certain early-game cinematics.
  • Reduction of the number of items required for the first 2 bridges.
  • Reduction of prerequisites for iron, bronze, silver, and gold tools.
  • Expansion of chests for additional materials (increased from 30 to 50 spaces).
  • Blueprints are only available when the player can craft the content.
  • Balancing of prices for basic tools.
  • Change in experience required for each level, resulting in a more stable progression.
  • Reduction of experience required for fishing and guardian levels.
  • Addition of a minimum fishing speed as fishing became too slow with upgrades.
  • Reduction of magical tree health points.
  • Animals now grow even if not fed.
  • Dog now has protection to prevent it from consuming multiple bones for the same package.
  • Standardization of '!' symbols on factories for a consistent appearance and to avoid appearing in other user interfaces.
  • Perfumery now uses weeds instead of coal as fuel.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • The sales summary screen is back!
  • The museum exhibit confirmation message is back!
  • Fixed a bug where the water bucket was hidden at the beginning of the game.
  • Fixed a bug where non-fish items could be placed in the pond.
  • Some achievements now track their progress more accurately.
  • Various minor bug fixes.
