Age of Mythology: Retold Minor Update 19.1611


Welcome, Age of Mythology: Retold community to a minor update! This small patch addresses balance changes for Demeter and bug fixes to improve your experience with the new features. We hope players are enjoying a peaceful time when they step into an Arcadian Meadow, or howling with the pack while releasing your hidden Alpha Lykaon forms when you wolf out.

The team also is continuing to investigate bugs and evaluate the balance now that Demeter is available to players. Additional fixes and updates will be included in upcoming patch releases as we roll out the rest of the Expansion Pass over the coming months.

Developer Note: Reminder that Replays are not compatible between patch updates. Replays are not compatible because the simulation logic changes in ways that cause replays to no longer run synchronously with their original behaviors.

  • Orpheus will now show Ranged Attack stats by default instead of Range Attack Flying to match the behavior of other units.

[h3]Hotkeys[/h3]
  • New “Lykaon Hotkeys” group that controls the binding used to transform Lykaon Villagers into Alpha Lykaons and vice versa. The group name will appear untranslated until a future update.
