We are deeply sorry for causing all the inconvenience and delay for the technical test due to an issue with granting access.

We are hard at work with Steam to fix this issue, but it will take much longer than expected. Steam is unable to identify what is causing this issue, and we have decided to carry on with the test as follows:-

When you log in to your account on our global website, you can redeem a playtest key in the top-right corner. We distributed ONE key per account, and you can use this key to participate in the playtest.

We distributed more keys than the number of people who pre-registered. Additionally, more keys will be distributed starting June 9, 16:00 KST(00:00 PST) through Twitch Drops.

Once you activate the key, you will be granted access to the server throughout the global beta, including the technical test.

We concluded that the issues with granting access to pre-registered users on Steam would take much longer than anticipated and decided to cancel the technical test. We will announce the future schedule once we have a set plan.

We have only a few more days until the global beta test.

So many of you have shown love and interest, and we want to get our beta servers ready to meet the hype and standard. We are testing out the connectivity and stability of the servers before the opening dates and want to ensure that all the agents around the world can enjoy the beta test without an issue.

For this, the developers of the VEILED EXPERTS are inviting pre-registered agents to our technical test on June 7.

Any pre-registered agents will be able to join the servers and play the game beforehand during the mentioned time below.
However, since the focus of the technical test is ensuring the connectivity and stability of the servers, you may notice issues while playing the game. If you encounter any bugs during the technical test, please be understanding and report them to our 'bug-report' channel on our Global Discord server. [link]
It will be greatly helpful in making sure the game is ready for the actual beta test.

Also, please remember that any nicknames, play records, experiences, stats, and items will reset when the global beta test begins on June 9.

After the technical test has ended, you can join the early global beta test on June 9, 16:00.

① Open the VEILED EXPERTS Steam store page and click on the 'Play Game' button to install the client.
Those who have access through pre-registration will have their buttons changed from 'Request Access' to 'Play Now’.
② From Steam Library, select 'VEILED EXPERTS GLOBAL BETA' to join the server.
