Stacklands v1.1.4

Hi! Here are some small fixes!

• Fix game freeze when your villagers starve and you have too many cards (this could also have caused some weird issues with sailing back and forth and all villager suddenly dying)
  
• Fixed an issue where Market was able to stack cards that shouldn't be stacked
  
• Fixed Location card descriptions text not being updated when changing language in game
  
• Fixed options screen being too high on certain resolutions
