Stacklands v1.4.1.16 - hotfix

Hey everyone!

The build we pushed yesterday had a bug that made Strange Portals no longer spawn monsters. This build fixes that issue. Any additional Strange Portals spawned caused by the bug should also be gone, sorry for the inconvenience ːsl_villagerː
