Here are a whole bunch of fixes, have fun!

• Fixed connectors from flickering on low frame rates
  
• Fixed pollution not moving to Landfills correctly
  
• Fixed a bug where a certain type of worker that can not be educated still can be placed on the academy
  
• Fixed various bugs related to housing/homeless calculations
  
• Fixed a bug where you could take your last villager to the 2000 board, causing you to lose on the main one
  
• Fixed a bug where you could not make luxury apartment when the apartment was not powered or connected to sewers
  
• Fixed a bug that caused theme parks to be unbuildable
  
• Fixed a bug where cards would not go on correct stacks (again! for real this time)
  
• Removed Pollution from the Black Gold pack
  
• Fixed “Lose 5 Wellbeing” quest
  
• Fixed Industrial Revolution event restarting the 2000 board after already completing it
