Yi Xian: The Cultivation Card Game News

The "Resonance Cup" tournament event will be opened during the May 1st to 5th. Participate in the event for a chance to win Resonance Cup Dao Seals, "Ascending to Heaven Road" card back, and Spirit Stones.

Resonance Cup:
·Time: May 1st to 5th, daily from 18:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8, matchmaking will be open during this period; if the tournament entrance is not visible on the homepage, please relogin).

·Registration: This tournament is hosted by the Yixian Realm, with a registration fee of 100 Spirit Stones. Each player can register up to 3 times. (Registration closes 1 hour before the end; uncompleted matches after the deadline will result in a refund of the registration fee.)

·Schedule: After each registration, players must participate in 3 preliminary matches. Those who qualify will advance to 1 final match. Breaks are allowed between matches; continuous play is not required.

·Preliminary Games: 8 randomly matched players compete, earning points based on ranking: 1st place (100 pts), 2nd place (90 pts), 3rd place (80 pts), with subsequent ranks decreasing accordingly. If multiple players are eliminated in the same round, the average rank points are awarded. After 3 preliminary matches, players with a total of 200+ points qualify for the finals.

·Finals: 8 finalists will be randomly matched, and the ranking will be determined in a single game. (If multiple players are eliminated in the same round, those with higher preliminary scores will get better ranking)

·Rewards:
Completing the finals grants the "Path to Heaven" card back (duplicates convert to 500 Spirit Stones).
Top 3 finalists receive:
- 1st Place: Resonance Cup Champion Dao Seal+ 2000 Spirit Stones
- 2nd Place: Resonance Cup Runner-up Dao Seal + 1000 Spirit Stones
- 3rd Place: Resonance Cup Third Place Dao Seal + 500 Spirit Stones

Seals are permanent. Duplicate seals of the same rank will display the number of times obtained (e.g., "Resonance Cup Champion ×2").


Optimizations and Bug Fixes (Update at 14:00 UTC+8 today):

·Fixed an issue where Nether Void Canine would retain the Fusion Style mark after transforming a marked card into a normal attack.

·When multiple Dark Star Bats are used, the priority effect has been changed from "later use overrides earlier use" to "the highest level takes precedence."

·Added an option to retract the scroll after battle preparation. Retracting the scroll allows swiping left/right to view your or others' battle scenes.

·Fixed incorrect information in some master-apprentice emails.

·Fixed spectator mode issues in the referee's view.

2.Optimizations and Bug Fixes
- Added an entry for the Master-Disciple on the main interface. The original Divination function button will no longer be displayed on the main interface and will only appear in battle rooms.
- If a player actively abandons a rank match within a short period of time, they will enter a cooldown period for matchmaking, during which they cannot queue for rank matches again (Casual Mode and Practice Mode are not affected by this cooldown).
- Fixed an issue where the success notification for accepting a master in the friends list might not be received.
- Fixed an issue where application records were not displayed or disappeared in a timely manner.
- Fixed an issue with abnormal Master Rank experience display.

1.「Sect」 System and 「Scripture」 System (Beta Version)

Click the "Sect" tab in your friends list, then tap the "Sect" button at the bottom to access the Shifu feature, where you can take on disciples or become a disciple yourself.

The Scripture System can be accessed through the Shifu interface or by clicking "My Scriptures" in the Deck Guide. During the beta phase, scriptures can only be self-edited or obtained from Shifu. Future updates will allow public publishing and copying of shared scriptures.

After editing or copying a scripture, you can enable the "Show in Battle" option in the scripture page. When using the corresponding character in battle, simply click the Deck Guide button to quickly open and view the scripture.

We will continue to optimize the Shifu and Scripture System experience in the future.

2.「Springlight Academy」 Sign-in Event
During the event, log in daily to claim rewards such as Spirit Stones, Character Tokens, Colorful Scrolls, and more.

3.「Wooden Puppet Testing」Time-limited Event

Choose a character and use a pre-built card pool matching her/his sect to enter the battle. Select your sect’s cards, strategize wisely, and deal as much damage as possible to the puppet within the limited turn!

Co-op Mode Supported: Team up with a friend! Each turn, you can spend 1 "Card Exchange Chance" to pass a card to your teammate.

In this mode, Immortal Fates are disabled, and phase breakthroughs are automatically applied. Heavenly Tokens can speed up battle animations.

4.The Ascension Tower

The Ascension Tower has been changed to a permanent mode and can be accessed via Start Game -> Events -> Ascension Tower.

Each season we will reset Ascension Tower ranks, allowing players to claim rank rewards again. By default, the Ascension Tower mode does not include season mechanics, but special events with unique mechanics and additional rewards may be launched periodically in the future.

5. New decoration type 「Defeat Effect」
You can unlock and equip it by clicking on your avatar and navigating to the 「Defeat Effect」 page.

6.「Liushu Dreamland - Mysterious Star Map」 will be taken offline at 23:59 on April 17, and the accumulated guarantee counter will be reset. The new 「Legend Battle Scene - Merak Mirage」 will be available as the ultimate grand prize for a limited time of 4 weeks.

7.Optimize the beginner experience by adding a 7-Day Beginner's Manual, providing new players with step-by-step guidance and rewards.

The original beginner rewards such as Explore quests' rewards and mail rewards will be integrated and transferred to the 7-Day Beginner's Manual. Current accounts that have already claimed the original rewards can also complete the 7-Day Beginner's Manual to claim all the rewards again.

8.Added a Novice Level

Players with a rank points below 2000 are in the Novice Level and can freely switch between the Novice Mode (default) or Season Mode. The Novice Mode does not include any season mechanics and will only match players also in Novice Mode. Upon reaching a rank points of 2000 for the first time, players will automatically exit the Novice Level.

9.Balancement adjustment
- Resonance: Crimson Yarn Guard：Destiny +10→20
- Resonance: Starburst：remove the requirement「if your star power≥5」
- Resonance: Five Elements Explosion：New effect 「Effective from round 12：Five Elements Explosion reduce an additional 2 opponent's HP and Max HP.」

「Shifu-Disciple」 System will be added next Thursday on April 17th. You can click the friend list and find the 「Sect」 page. Then you can choose to be a Shifu or accept disciples.



Note: To become a Shifu, Rank Points must be higher than 4000, and a maximum of 72 disciples can be accepted. When posting Shifu/disciple information, players can choose three characters as the ones they wish to learn/are most proficient in.

You can also enable the battle display of the Scripture. Once set, When selecting the character corresponding to this Scripture in battle, you can quickly view the Scripture in up-left bottom of the cultivation scene in battle.

[/h3]· You can request 「Live Observation」 towards your Shifu or disciples. Once they agree, you can view their actions such as placing and swapping cards in real time. When a Shifu observes a disciple, he/she can also provide guidance by clicking on the disciple's cards.

· Complete a series of objectives. Each completed objective will reward you with Legacy Jade, Spirit Stones, Scrolls, and more. Legacy Jade can be exchanged in the Immortal Market for master-disciple cardbacks, ornament, and other items.



In addition to the above, Shifu and disciples can also challenge each other with riddles and team up to conquer the Ascension Tower.
