Pizza Possum News

Nothing beats the hustle and bustle of a good market, and our quaint village is no exception. Covered in food stalls of all different kinds, as well cafés and restaurants serving up delicious meals, this district is a veritable feast for food lovers and insatiable possums alike.

The petit buildings with fairly flat roofs that decorate this region make for perfect shortcuts, especially if you find yourself being chased by stern members of the guard.

We are once again going to be live with Cosy Computer's Friedemann Allmenröder later today to take a look at the vibrant world of Pizza Possum and what ingredients went into baking this specific creation. From how the Possum got its noises to how the town was designed to have a cozy feel, the stream will have a little of everything. Come join us at 4 pm CEST / 7 am PST here on Steam!

To celebrate our participation in Next Fest, we are sitting down with Friedemann Allmenröder, one of our two amazing developers over at Cosy Computer, to talk more about the magical adventures of our silly possum and what went into designing and making the eating spree experience. For those of you who missed our first demo in April, fear not! We are back again, this time for Steam’s Next Fest, and the demo is fresh out of the oven with new goodies to explore.

For starters, and as you might have guessed from the store page, Pizza Possum can be enjoyed in single-player and local couch co-op. So grab a friend and go on a binging spree, or devour food on your own; the choice is yours.

On top of this, we will have not one but two streams this coming week, talking to our awesome dev Friedemann Allmenröder over at Cosy Computer. These streams will take place June 20th (Tuesday) at 6 pm CEST / 9 am PDT and June 23rd (Friday) at 4 pm CEST / 7 am PDT.

It’s time to introduce you to our Player 2, the Raccoon. With a vibrant blue cap and a penchant for eating, the Raccoon is the ultimate companion for our favourite Possum. Scampering around in union, the Possum and Raccoon can together cover much more territory faster, stuffing their faces with delicious meals and treats along the way. If you want to tackle guards in a clever way each of you can also pick up different items that can keep the guards distracted for longer.

On top of that, if one of you managed to get caught the other one can simply bonk the guard on head, setting your captured friend free and letting you continue with your mischief.
